This week’s guest is Yilmaz Erceyes. Yilmaz Erceyes is Premier Foods’ Chief Marketing Officer and has been a core part of the Executive Leadership Team that turned around the company behind a clear business strategy focusing on brand building and innovation. Premier Foods is one of UK’s biggest branded food businesses with a growing international presence. Yilmaz has responsibility for all Marketing, Consumer Insights & Analytics, R&D and Innovation. He joined the Company in March 2015 and worked across a number of brands as Category Director before being promoted to Marketing Director in April 2018, and shortly after promoted to his current role as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2019.
Yilmaz featured in Marketing Week’s Top 100 Marketers as well as Campaign Magazines Power 100. Prior to joining Premier Foods, he was at Procter & Gamble for 13 years in several senior brand management roles across different geographies, having started his career in Procter & Gamble as Process Engineer. Yilmaz has extensive experience in leading diverse teams in multiple geographies with a track record of exceptional business and organisational results. His particular strengths are creating bold visions, winning strategies and building high performing teams that consistently deliver well above industry average growth rates as proven throughout his career.
