How will you measure your life by Clayton Christensen?
My Rating
I very much enjoyed being reminded and prompted on living the fully integrated inspiring leadership life. If parts of your Inspiring leadership Compass (8 Points see my website) are missing, then there is a danger that your life becomes disintegrated. Too many successful leaders find they are workaholics or have committed themselves so much to their work life that they don’t get the balance with the rest of their life.
Is “work life balance” actually achievable?
People say you should talk about “work-life integration”. I do recommend this book to listen to or read to reflect on your own life, and where you put your emphasis. Other reviews say:
