This is a thoroughly fascinating book written by a quirky and unusual leader from Malaysia who worked in Silicon Valley and became the phenomenally wealthy owner of mind Valley. I took a lot from this it made me reflect and there are many practical tips and techniques for yourself and teams that you lead. I will write a full review later but I would encourage you all to read it
