leadership is about leading from behind when things are going well, only leading from the front during difficult times. 2020 has seen this philosophy tested to the limit as many organisations have faced unprecedented challenges not just from Covid 19 and its economic consequences but also from how businesses are responding to the impact of the Black Lives Matter movement and other issues that challenge the social fabric of the world in which they operate.
