Theme – FIERCE KINDNESS
What you will get from listening to me – kindness is not a weakness in business, or life – Fierce Kindness is my way of describing being kind to yourself and others whilst being centred in your boundaries and power.
Kindness has to start with the way you treat yourself, and the inner dialogue in your mind every day. What level of esteem do you hold with regard to yourself? How do you balance softness with boundaries. Fierce Kindness is all about integrity, openness and gentleness without weakness – the symbiosis of a truly kind focus – can infuse business (and personal) relationships with limitless energy that enable yourself and others to go above and beyond. I will also be speaking about why I have come to this point after multiple failures transitioning from from my corporate career to entrepreneurship due heavily to lack of self kindness.
Leadership Tip – sharing vulnerability breeds trust. Humility nurtures authenticity. Softness is not weak, it’s the ability to yield and flow, and evolution tells us – that it’s not the survival of the strongest or most powerful – it’s survival of the most adaptable.
