With an illustrious 37-year career in the Army, where he served as the General Officer Commanding of the 4th Division, Lamont’s dedication to sport and adventure has been a driving force throughout his life.
As an active sportsman and former Chairman of Army Rugby, Winter Sports, and President of Army Boxing, Lamont saw firsthand the challenges faced by military sports and founded Team Forces to address these needs.
