I really enjoyed the connection with Walter from Jeff Nischwitz. He was very open and authentic about some of his tough experiences in his time as CFO, then president and COO and finally CEO. Some loveliest comment stuck with me like don’t moan over people. Treat them well with dignity. The importance of communication and being appropriately vulnerable. He’s learnt a lot by asking watching listening and surround yourself with great people who you then become like. He’s a great believer into avoid becoming fearful or prideful. His favourite books were man’s search for meaning by Victor Frankel and Rick Warren the purpose driven life. His final thought was to be thankful and to be humble.
