Thrilled to share a personal milestone: The CEO’s Compass: How to Navigate Your Team Through Turbulent Times is now available as an audiobook on Audible and Apple Books!

This book grew out of some of the most challenging seasons of leadership in my own career—moments when the path forward was anything but clear, and “holding it all together” felt like a full-time job. Those experiences forced a hard reset on how I led, how I listened, and how I showed up for my team.

Turning it into an audiobook felt important because so much of leadership is lived in the in-between spaces—on commutes, early morning walks, or late nights after a tough day. My hope is that hearing the stories, missteps, and hard-won lessons in my own voice makes the message more human, more honest, and more practical for your real-world challenges.

Interspersed between the chapters are some of the Top Tips that I have gathered across the nearly 400 Inspiring Leadership Podcasts with Inspiring Leaders, with top tips on leadership from Air Marshal Sir Stuart Atha, Nick Raphael, Anthony Scaramucci and many more.
