Anthony Casa is President and CEO of UMortgage, a national mortgage company, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focused on helping local Loan Originators grow their business and scale their loan volume. Previously, Anthony served as the Chairman and Founder of the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME), where he united 45,000+ Independent Mortgage Brokers across the country, dedicated to taking back market share.
Anthony quickly made a name for himself in the mortgage industry as the CEO of Garden State Home Loans, which earned its spot as one of the top brokerages in the United States. He is well known for his support and relentless dedication to Loan Originators.

After nearly 20 years of working in the mortgage industry, Anthony saw a clear need for a Broker community that would push back against the predatory lending practices of retail lenders. This led him to found BRAWL (Brokers Rallying Against Wholetail Lending). Shortly after, his mission to better the Independent Mortgage Broker community continued when he founded ARIVE; an all- in-one mortgage tech company that streamlines the mortgage process for both Loan Originators and consumers.

Now, Anthony continues to play an active role in strengthening the Broker community since the launch of UMortgage in 2020. With branches across the country and rapidly expanding, they are powering Loan Originators with centralized support, fast LO-centric operations, and modern, cloud-based technology.
