“Traction” by Gino Wickman is a popular business book that outlines a framework for growing and scaling a business<\/strong>. I am grateful to Darrin Jahnel<\/strong>, my guest from Episode 250 who recommended EOS and this book. His highly successful Jahnel Group uses EOS as their Operating System.<\/p>\n

I listened to the Audio book on Traction<\/em><\/strong> and from it I took away many things. One is the importance of having in the founders of a business – one who is the visionary<\/em><\/strong> and a separate person to be the integrator<\/em><\/strong>. Also, the importance of being able to delegate<\/strong> and elevate<\/strong> people once there is sufficient trust<\/strong>. The pneumonic GWD<\/strong> is useful \u2013 do you have the right people in the right seats on the bus? Did they get it<\/strong>? Did they want it<\/strong>? And can they do it<\/strong> – i.e. do they have the capacity?<\/p>\n
