Josh Graff LinkedIn VP Marketing Solutions EMEA & LATAM and UK country lead. He strongly believes that authenticity and vulnerability are the foundation of good leadership. Josh joined LinkedIn – the world’s largest professional network – in 2011, and is now Country Manager for the UK and VP of their Marketing Solutions (advertising) business in EMEA and Latin America.
In his role he is responsible for driving member growth, strategic partnerships and revenue across all lines of business in the UK, and leads sales teams across the EMEA and LATAM regions as they help marketers identify, target and engage with the world’s largest network of over 690 million professionals.
Before joining LinkedIn, Josh held roles at Electronics Arts (EA) and Microsoft. Prior to that he founded the world’s first in-game advertising agency, JAM International, which was acquired by Massive Inc. Josh is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. He has been featured on the Financial Times Top 50 LGBT Leaders list, is a founding member of the advocacy group ‘Open For Business’, a Special Advisor to Founders4Schools, a member of Stonewall’s Development Council and a Commissioner on the HIV Commission.

I also lead LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (advertising sales) business in Europe, The Middle East, Africa & Latin America, helping businesses to reach, engage and convert their audiences at scale.
Before joining LinkedIn, I ran EMEA/APAC Media Sales and Business Development at Electronics Arts (EA), overseeing EA’s media sales relationships with sports leagues including the NFL, NBA and NHL and securing key partnerships with European brands such as Renault, Vodafone and Adidas.
Prior to EA, I worked at Microsoft as part of the Massive Incorporated acquisition, where I led business development for Europe & Asia, driving partnerships with key European, Korean and Japanese game developers. Before Massive, I was the founder of the world’s first in-game advertising agency JAM International, which was acquired by Massive Inc. in February 2005.
I am an adviser to the charity Founders4Schools, a member of the Development Council for Stonewall and a Commissioner for the HIV Commission.
I live in London and am a fan of scuba diving, current affairs, diversity, food, Scrabble & sleep.
